Motorcycle Tests

Applicants must provide a motorcycle that falls within the safety requirements as outlined by the State of Michigan, Secretary of State.  A current and valid license plate and registration (if available), Michigan driver’s license, proof of insurance, and our confirmation sheet must be provided prior to the initiation of the Skills Test.  While the motorcycle test is conducted completely off any roadways on a completely paved range, an approved helmet is required during the test.

Keep in mind that the applicant does not hold a license until they have completed the test and submitted their certificate of passing to the Michigan Secretary of State office.  They must, therefore, be accompanied by a licensed motorcycle driver (or trailer their motorcycle) to and from the test facility.

No motorcycle or helmet rentals are available through F.C.G. for motorcycle tests.
